Inn Policies

 

Check-in Time Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Arrangements for early or late check in may be made upon reservation or by contacting the Innkeeper prior to your arrival date.

 

Check-out Time 11:00 AM.

 

Breakfast served:

7:00 am – 9:00 am Monday through Friday
8:00 am – 10:00 am Saturday and Sunday
Alternate breakfast arrangements may be made by special request.
Gourmet Full breakfast and expanded continental served daily.
Special dietary requests may be made upon reservation or arrival.

 

Smoking is not permitted in our facility.

 

Children only over the age of 10 are permitted.

 

No pets allowed.

Cash, Personal Checks, MC, Visa, Discover, American Express.

 

Cancellation PolicyWe will ask for a credit card to hold the reservation at the time of placement. Reservations must be cancelled at least one week prior to arrival date. Guests reservations cancelled in 4-6 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the total room cost of the stay. Cancellations with in 48 hours of scheduled arrival will require full payment unless the room can be rented to another guest. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.

 

Parking is available at the back of the building. Although we are secure site, we ask that you do not leave valuables in your vehicle. We will not be responsible for any missing items or vehicle damage.

 

There may be a Two-night Minimum stay for rooms starting at $190.00 most weekends during peak season (April - October) and holiday weekends. Please call for details.

 

Room rates range from $180.00 -$240.00 per night for single or double occupancy and include a full service homemade breakfast, parking and high-speed internet service. A charge of $30.00 will apply to each additional guest per room. Cot rental is $20.00 per day. If a friend, relative or business associate is not a guest of the Inns and would like to join you for breakfast, the fee is $15.00 per person and advance notice is required. Private meeting areas are available with advance notice.

 

Gift Certificates, a special East End Adventure Package, and Pamper Packages are available.
